This follows the acquisition of Microtech Global Solutions made earlier in the year and signals the firm’s seriousness in pursuit of its strategic growth objectives for 2018. 2nd Office LLC is one of the most prestigious Customer Care and BPO organizations in Manila, Philippines. Having started operations in 2012, the company has built a workforce of 230 employees supporting more than 65 global customers across US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
