•Platform Migrations: The client was using a legacy data platform based on MongoDB for storing factory data and desired to upgrade their technology stack to leverage Apache Kafka/Postgres. This upgrade aimed to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and completeness. Intelegencia engineers upgraded the client's legacy data platform from MongoDB to Apache Kafka/Postgres. This included tech stack upgrades, data migration, data validation, dashboard enhancements, and data re-modelling. The process involved asset mapping, data streaming, risk assessment, and mitigation planning for multiple factories that were using the legacy platform. ​​

The client acquired an application from Cureatr. Intelegencia evaluated the application, the source code and its performance. The objective was to assess integration capabilities and quality, and subsequently integrate and enhance the existing codebase. The project aimed to ensure due diligence of the application and implement improvements to enhance its functionality and performance.
